When is the right time to find an agent?

Here’s a realistic breakdown:

• Under 16: It's too early. No legitimate agent will sign a player this young to an exclusive contract. Your focus should be on getting into or staying in the best possible academy or youth team. • Ages 16-18: This is a critical window.
